By using Concierge you accept these terms. They apply together with Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps.
Who we are
Concierge is published by Matteo Bulgac under the name Bulgac Dev Studio. Contact: support@bulgacdevstudio.com.
The app
Concierge helps you organise your day. Alerts, travel times, weather and suggestions are guidance: always double-check important times and appointments yourself. Don't use your phone while driving: that's exactly why CarPlay navigation starts by itself.
Gold and purchases
- Gold is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown in the app before purchase, until you cancel it.
- You can cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal. It stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- Streak savers are consumable purchases, used up when you use them. Season items stay yours.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple: to request a refund go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- With Restore purchases you get your subscription and purchases back on a new iPhone with the same Apple ID.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Concierge Club and gifts
- In the Club you become someone's Member only if you both accept. You can remove a Member any time.
- Use a name and photo that are yours and don't offend anyone. We may remove from the Club anyone who uses it to harass or deceive others.
- A gift bought for a friend goes to them and can't be taken back.
- Codes and rewards can't be resold or exchanged for money.
Your content
What you write, photograph and record stays yours. You only allow us to store it and show it where needed for the app to work (for example to your Members, if you choose to show it).
Changes and availability
We improve the app often: some features may change or be removed. Some versions require an update to keep working. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.
Liability
We do our best to make Concierge work well, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
